Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Brown & Orange website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Ordering & pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to ensure prices and descriptions are accurate, but errors can occur; if we discover an error in the price of goods you’ve ordered we’ll let you know and give you the option to continue or cancel.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don’t store your card details. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation.
Stock
Occasionally an item may sell out between you ordering and us processing it. If we can’t fulfil your order we’ll contact you and issue a full refund.
Returns
See our Delivery & Returns page. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
