Delivery

• Standard UK delivery: £4.95, 2–4 working days.
• Free UK delivery on all orders over £75.
• We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only. Everything is held in stock and dispatched from Britain.
• You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Returns

Changed your mind? Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 daysfrom receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Email hello@brownandorange.co.uk with your order number to start a return.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods.
• Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, get in touch within 30 days and we’ll sort a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
